Our Practice

My wealth management practice is structured on three cornerstones:
Planning   |   Investing   |   Personalized Relationship Management

Our first priority is helping you take care of yourself and your family. We want to learn more about your personal situation, identify your dreams and goals, and understand your tolerance for risk. Long-term relationships that encourage open and honest communication have been the cornerstone of my foundation of success.

Planning

Planning

Financial planning for retirement, and cash flow needs prior to retirement. The plan is goal based oriented and analyzes how much client’s need to save, the appropriate investment objectives (risk) and serves as the foundation for future investment decisions.

Estate planning to ensure client’s legacy. While the estate plan is not drafted at Baird, the Baird team is a second audit of the plan. The team focuses on document review, trust services and tax considerations for multi-generational wealth transfer.

Tax planning for annual gain/loss analysis, multi-year tax strategies and annual gifting/charitable contributions.

Investing

Investing

Investment consulting on diversified asset allocation and individual security selection (stocks, preferred equity, bonds). The process includes client’s Baird accounts and accounts held away such as 401K and other retirement plans.

Insurance strategies to protect client’s assets and use of insurance as an investment vehicle. The use of insurance as an investment is often overlooked; however, insurance as an investment provides several tax advantages via IRS code 7702.

Lending services such as securities-based solutions and margin loans.

Derivative strategies to limit downside risk and increase portfolio income. The use of derivatives can help increase cash flow and concurrently avoid market timing decisions.

Personalized Relationship Management

Personalized Relationship Management

Ongoing monitoring such as performance reporting, portfolio review, rebalancing and tax loss harvesting.

Client Engagement such as scheduled recurring calls, email and annual face-to-face meetings.

Educational development for the beneficiaries of multi-general wealth transfer.
